Market of Choice Opening at Timberland Town Center January 15th!

Market of Choice, the anchor store of the not-open-just-yet Timberland Town Center, is scheduled to start welcoming customers Jan. 15.

The Timberland location is the ninth for the family-owned business and will offer natural, organic, local and conventional choices at a competitive price, said Lyn Ryse, Market of Choice advertising manager.

"We carry both natural organic and conventional groceries and we put them all on the same shelves side-by-side so customers can decide ... We're all about choice," Ryse said.

Throughout the store, Market of Choice will feature food stations offering freshly baked goods, specialty cheeses, and a full-service meat and seafood department. Bakers and chefs will work the kitchen daily, making take-away meals such as sandwiches and pizza. A beer and wine shop will have a large selection of wines and beers, and will also feature a growler station and wine bar.

Additionally, customers who choose to dine at Market of Choice will have the option of outdoor or indoor seating in the two-story, 40,000-square-foot building.

Timberland Town Center, which currently has more than 15 signed tenants, is located north of U.S. 26, just off Northwest Barnes Road at Northwest Lost Springs Terrace in the community of Cedar Mill.
